Scope and Missions of the SWIM-SUIT User Group
The SWIM-SUIT User Group contributes to:
- setting out the shared operational expectations and a complete set of requirements of all actors within the context of SWIM
- ensuring that the technological solutions developed within SWIM-SUIT respond to the operational requirements identified by the Users
- participating to the final elaboration of the restricted set of requirements for the SWIM prototype
SSUG Structure and Governance
The SWIM-SUIT User Group structure is based on a very simple and open organization led by a chairman that acts as interface between Consortium and the community of SWIM-SUIT User Group members. Decision Making is based on consensus building according decision making procedures to be elaborated.
SSUG Membership
The SSUG Membership will be free of charge and self founded on a voluntary basis. Each entity can evaluate its entrance to the SSUG, at any time, by presenting its unbinding candidature which can be sent by e-mail to the chairman. By joining the SSUG, each member will be able to visit the test bed and have close view of project activities and test results. SWIM-SUIT User Group members will automatically invited to two SWIM-SUIT User Forum that will be held during the course of the Project.
Working methods
The user contribution will mainly be gathered through specific questionnaires and input tables which will be sent out at specified time intervals according to the schedule of the project. Occasional visits may also be organized for a closer interaction.
